Korinky "is a pumpkin developed by Sakata Seed, and its main feature is that it can be eaten raw with the skin on. It has a refreshing taste and crispy texture, suitable for salads and light marinades. It was born by crossing the selection of "B625" imported from Australia and the selection of "inner wood red chestnut", and was registered as a variety in 2002. The skin is yellow or light orange in color, spindle shaped, and approximately 17 centimeters long. It weighs about 500 grams, is circular in shape, and has a pointed tip at the top, resembling an onion.
